I would like to inform you, that Todd Kulkin Law has done my legal work in the beginning and he completely neglected his duties by being unresponsive to my requests, failing to complete agreed upon tasks and, when he did complete tasks, made so many mistakes that it exposed my company and me to poten...tially significant tax, civil and criminal liability. Because of his mistakes, he forced me, at great embarrassment, to explain these issues to my investors. The Company has incurred $18,909 in legal, accounting, tax cleanup, filing and other fees to clean up the mess. We then agreed to a settlement, which he signed, but then breached.
