This woman is running a racket and has no sense of organization or integrity. She has no problem lying about what she and her office have or have not done and I have it all in writing which is incredible that a professional attorney and grown woman would resort to such measures. I was dealing with he...r for 9 months trying to help my mother get US citizenship after Henner was recommended to me by my aunt (mom's sister) after having a smooth experience with her own process. Susan's office seems to have extremely fast turnover and every time I received any email from them (which was only in response to when I would reach out first) it was from somebody new and therefore I had to provide the information over and over again. Now Susan is claiming that I ignored her office's numerous attempts to contact me over the months that my paperwork was not submitted and that she has ample proof of this. Now that I've asked her for all this proof, she discharged me as a client and threatened to take action about harassment. So no proof, no results, just straight up lies and delusion. What a horrifying experience.
