My dealings with Peter Tilem and is Associates was a pleasant experience, however the case that brought me to him was very unpleasant and unusua.l The case took place in Wallkill Criminal Court. Nonetheless due to his hard work and his experience as an attorney things turned out in my favor. Altho...ugh I hope I never have a need for his expertise again, should I know someone that needs a competent attorney I would definitely recommend him. His associate Robert who assist in this case was a pleasure to work with. Both attorneys took the time to answer questions, and was always available if not at that precise moment they always returned my calls promptly. M

I am so thankful to God that I found Peter and Hillary! I was unaware that I could not fly out of NYC with my gun, and was arrested! I used Peter Tilem and Associates for representation in a speeding ticket case. I was driving in upstate NY at 80 mph in a 55 mph zone which carries 6 point penalty. They exceeded my expectations and reduced that speeding ticket to a zero-point parking violation! It was a smooth process and the s...taff did a good job answering and following up on all my concerns. I did not have to appear in court. One of the associates communicated with me throughout the whole process, so it was easy to get a quote, sign-up and to follow up on everything without spending a lot of time to reach the lawyer. The fee was very reasonable (I called several lawyers before signing up). Do not hesitate to use them, the fee that they charged was worth every penny

Mr. Tilem was courteous, hardworking, early to appointments, (yes) caring, and honest. His office always responded to my questions in a timely fashion. I had a case related to possession of a loaded magazine, with the number of rounds over the NY limit. The judge I was originally assigned to was... unreasonable and even hostile. Mr. Tilem was able to have the case moved to another judge. I paid a fixed fee for my case, but the first judge caused the number of billable hours to go above the anticipated hours by several times. At my court appearance, the court misplaced my paperwork and we waited for three hours. Despite this, Mr. Tilem didn't charge me extra. Final result? Mr. Tilem got my case dismissed. Mr. Tilem goes against the negative stereotypes of lawyers. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Peter Tilem. Thank you, Peter!!!
