First rate trainer for non-harassment and related advice
As the Sr. VP/HR, I worked with Michelle Phillips for over 10 years. She did all the non-harassment trainings for all levels of staff and for multiple office locations. She was engaging and staff all gave her her 2 hour mandatory sessions 5 star reviews. As a result we did not have harassment issues within our 200+ very diverse staff. She also provided excellent advice on related employment questions.

• Excellent legal guidance and representation for all employment matters
Our firm has worked with Michelle for over 10 years and I highly recommend her. She has been an invaluable legal expert representing us through employment matters and providing insightful advice on our internal investigations, contract agreements, legal policies and procedures. Michelle’s greatest asset is her phenomenal client service. She genuinely cares, is friendly, accessible, prompt and always explains complex legal terminology in common sense terms. We also take advantage of her knowledge and impressive communication skills by conducting our training sessions for topics such as employment discrimination and sexual harassment. Anyone would be quite fortunate to have Michelle represent them.

Experienced, Knowledgeable, Smart and Effective
Michelle Phillips had the experience to quickly ascertain the dynamics of our case and the deep knowledge of the law to provide both initial guidance and to prepare our legal strategy. She was able to navigate the twists and turns of the case, quickly and effectively addressing all issues and arguments. If it had not been for Ms. Phillips counsel I believe that our case would have taken much longer to resolve with higher risk, greater expense and potentially negative business consequences. I'm confident in her mastery of the law, ability to apply her experience and knowledge in an efficient and effective manner, and by her responsiveness and relentless efforts to resolve our dispute. We continue to work with Ms. Phillips and count on her strong counsel to address any issues we may face in the future.

Town employee
Michelle doesn’t practice what she preaches. She doesn’t know how to represent boards, she discriminated against me, she lied to me and breached her fiduciary duty in an effort to secure a bigger pay day for herself. She is a second rate hack and be prepared if you hire her to file a grievance. It’s also Jackson Lewis provided no oversight. Totally avoid at all costs, too unprofessional to ever spend money on.
