First rate trainer for non-harassment and related advice

As the Sr. VP/HR, I worked with Michelle Phillips for over 10 years. She did all the non-harassment trainings for all levels of staff and for multiple office locations. She was engaging and staff all gave her her 2 hour mandatory sessions 5 star reviews. As a result we did not have harassment issues ...within our 200+ very diverse staff. She also provided excellent advice on related employment questions.

Experienced, Knowledgeable, Smart and Effective

Michelle Phillips had the experience to quickly ascertain the dynamics of our case and the deep knowledge of the law to provide both initial guidance and to prepare our legal strategy.
