Biography
As a matrimonial and family law litigation attorney since 2009, I utilize my expertise in and knowledge of the laws surrounding divorce, family conflict, in order to reach a dissolution of your marriage or relationship with the least amount of disruption to your life and family. I am also experienced with respect to issues surrounding elder law and guardianship proceedings and will use said knoweldge to help you and your family achieve a fair and desirable outcome. I offer my services as a professional mediator and as a highly experienced attorney. While I will attempt to reach an amicable resolution with the least amount of conflict possible, I am also a proven litigation attorney and will fight aggressively in court in an effort to obtain your desired outcome. I have experience in all aspects of litigation including but not limited to appellate practice, oral argument, motion practice, hearings and trials. Whether married, in a long-term relationship, or seeking to provide care or obtain guardianship for a loved one, there are always complex legal issues, including but not limited to children and distribution of property and other assets. I will guide you through this process fairly and ethically, and help you achieve the resolution you desire.

Would not recommend- went against my best interest.
