John E. Campbell

I had 2 lawyers prior to John Campbell, both strongly encouraged me to take a felony charge with 4 years prison because that is all the DA would agree to and it "could be worse". Educated teacher, no prior record and 2 children I felt I needed another opinion. if I had not met John I would be in pri...son right now, my rights totally violated. Within a week John turned the case around, sighting law judgments the DA AND JUDGE both had to look up because they had never heard of them. The DA tried to plea it down and John knew they had NO case. In the end with John tirelessly fighting for me (I have never seen anyone more tenacious) they withdrew the entire charge and were practically begging us to "just let it go". Not dismissed, WITHDRAWN. If it were not for John Campbell my life would have ended there. Then he went a step further, which he did not have to do. He took my family court case and got me my children back and my teaching license, my life and my living. When John takes on a case it is because he truly believes in it and will fight it to the end. First of all i would like to give a huge thank you to Mr.Campbell. Alot of people exaggerate about lawyers good works or bad..but i bet my life a hundred times over that every word i say is true about Campbell. He is the most trustworthy dedicated informative lawyer ive ever known..Mann he was callin...g me 12 sometimes 2 in the morning till like 5..brainstorming on all facts of my case..i was facing real SERIOUS CHARGES.. like 16 YEARS IN PRISON REAL..in ulstercounty..a 2 year case almost..with no evidence against me and with 2 lawyers before him who gave the state a case against me..He fought tooth and nail for me proved everything my 2 past lawyers pretend wasnt the truth..example a detective lied on oath claiming i never asked for a lawyer and that i willing confessed to the crimes charged on me and campbell got a hold of the detective's hand written paperwork confessing that i indeed asked for a lawyer and that i wasnt willing to do anything till i spoke to one..while the other 2 lawyers i had claimed that i was telling a story just to get out of trouble.. due to the nature of the crime i cant really give serious details..but lets just say i was found not guilty on all counts by all 12 on the jury..if you want a real fighter who will dedecate his whole time to your case call Mr.Campbell. I put my life on it he will fight for you tooth to nail..or give you great advice and get someone who can if its too late to take your case which will most likely not happen cause he loves law..I mean LOVE LAW..My whole family loves campbell..Thank You campbell your a great lawyer and deserves true credit.
