Amazing!!

After going through 3 lawyers, and months on end of refusing to bend over to a system that was looking to make me a statistic, I walked into John's office and new at that moment I had a fighting chance. John immediately saw holes in the prosecutions offense, and put together a defensive strategy ...that not only put into question the arresting officers credibility, but left the prosecution no other choice but to reduce the charges they sought to brin against me. I highly recommend John Campbell to anyone, as he is a juggernaut that stands tall for defendants facing an uphill battle against the weight of our judicial system. Thank you, John! - SS

The only actual lawyer I have ever met.

If you find yourself needing a lawyer, hire John E. Campbell. Every lawyer I have ever encountered is of the mindset to settle or negotiate the outcome of the case. What Mr. Campbell does conduct research into applicable law and relevant case law; something I have never seen except in a fictional... story on when large amounts of money was available. He also has a mixed blue collar/white collar background blended with plain common sense. He is expensive, however, if you budget yourself, it is affordable and an outstanding value. And although I was paying by the hour, he did seem to under-bill me. I did lose my case but not because of Mr. Campbell. I found myself on the employee side of an intricate and complicated employment dispute. John made an excellent effort. In hindsight, I should have devoted more effort and organizing and double checking things. Even if you have the best lawyer you still need to keep on top of your case. And in hindsight I should not have gotten myself in the position I did in the first place. In the end I learned it is best to avoid being in a situation where you ever need a lawyer; especially if you are a middle class individual person. It is always better to NOT have the problem to begin with rather than deal with it. We live in a world where the powers that be simply do not care about the average middle class guy. I learned that the hard way. I now know to never even have even one drink if I plan on driving within twelve hours. I always let people go ahead of me when I drive. I go out of my way to bend over backwards at work. I strive to make as many meaningful relationships as I can with everyone I encounter but without being a pushover. So god-willing I will never be in a situation where I need a lawyer again, except for a good thing like closing on a house, however, it is still good to know he is out there if needed. If you are in a situation where you do need a lawyer, especially in a real bind, and are considering Mr. Campbell. by all means, hire him.

John Campbell, White Plains NY, Exceptional

I had 2 lawyers prior to John Campbell, both strongly encouraged me to take a felony charge with 4 years prison because that is all the DA would agree to and it "could be worse". Educated teacher, no prior record and 2 children I felt I needed another opinion. if I had not met John I would be in pri...son right now, my rights totally violated. Within a week John turned the case around, sighting law judgments the DA AND JUDGE both had to look up because they had never heard of them. The DA tried to plea it down and John knew they had NO case. In the end with John tirelessly fighting for me (I have never seen anyone more tenacious) they withdrew the entire charge and were practically begging us to "just let it go". Not dismissed, WITHDRAWN. If it were not for John Campbell my life would have ended there. Then he went a step further, which he did not have to do. He took my family court case and got me my children back and my teaching license, my life and my living. When John takes on a case it is because he truly believes in it and will fight it to the end. I respect that. No better person to have on your side. sincerely, Debra
