I contacted Ms. Elisa Claro regarding 2 traffic violations that I received (and neglected) more than 10 years ago. I met Ms. Claro in her White Plains office and she immediately explained in person and in follow up emails upcoming procedures and defense options of my case. I was very nervous rega...rding these long neglected tickets but her professionalism and kind demeanor immediately put me at ease. When the day came regarding my case, I contacted Ms. Claro several hours after my scheduled court appearance to find out the results. She emailed me back promptly with the results. One serious traffic violation completely dismissed with no fine or points on my license and the other I plead guilty to and paid a minimal fine with ZERO license points. I will absolutely retain Ms. Claro again if needed and you should as well.

Elisa Claro did an amazing job in helping me resolve a traffic violation. Hiring Elisa Claro was the BEST choice I could've made, when my son received his 1st speeding ticket.. It was 21 miles over the speed limit, and was going to be six points on his license and an increase in insurance. I decided I would try an attorney.
