I was not able to get a hold of him after closing
I closed a coop with him last year. I had a surprise issue with the coop. I could not get a hold of him for weeks/months. I really thought he died. Turns out he did not, just did not want to do any follow up I guess. I felt abandoned. It is unfortunate.
