I worked with Sheri on two separate occasions. Once with my very first home closing, and again when I went through some legal issues. During my first encounter with Sheri, I felt very cared for as a client, and I saw that she was very reliable, which was added to my first home purchase experience. Th...ere were some bumps in the road. However, I felt very reassured by her and felt that she really had my back. Fast forward to almost a year later -I had a legal issue with a property situation & I immediately thought to reach out to Sheri. To no surprise, she came through for me again! Sheri was very knowledgeable regarding the laws and what actions I should take next. I am very grateful for her expertise and attention to detail. Sheri walked us through the process of buying our house in Hawthorne, NY during the pandemic. She were always quick to respond and very knowledgeable about every step of the process. We hired her to represent us in the sale of my mother’s house. The house was old and in poor condition. We literally needed the contract drawn up overnight to secure the buyer. Sheri promptly drew up the contract, which had the buyer responsible for any repairs their lender might require. At the last... minute, the buyer wanted to push up the closing date, so they could begin work. Again, Sheri was very prompt and thorough in getting the final paperwork together and coordinating with the buyer’s team. She prepared everything, made some last-minute revisions required by the lender, and attended a Friday afternoon closing on the eve of a holiday weekend.

Sheri, drew a contract on the sale of my mother‘a house. The deal fell through. The next day had another but we supposed to have an open house 3 days later. The buyer did not want us to have it. Sheri told their lawyer if they sign the new contract and have the down payment in the escrow account with...in 48 hours we would cancel the open house. It was done. At the closing because of her efficiency we were in an hour and a half. Sheri is importantly accurate and thorough and then fast and efficient. I can only say great things about her.
