Sheri S. Padernacht

I am a realtor, and I highly recommend Sheri to all of my clients. She always has the answers to any questions we may have, and she is proactive in addressing potential issues early to prevent delays in getting to the closing table. One of my clients purchased a foreclosed, Fannie Mae owned co-op, ...which was extremely complex. Without her assistance, I don’t believe my clients would have been able to close. Sheri is a fantastic attorney, and definitely recommended.

We hired her to represent us in the sale of my mother’s house. The house was old and in poor condition. We literally needed the contract drawn up overnight to secure the buyer. Sheri promptly drew up the contract, which had the buyer responsible for any repairs their lender might require. At the last... minute, the buyer wanted to push up the closing date, so they could begin work. Again, Sheri was very prompt and thorough in getting the final paperwork together and coordinating with the buyer’s team. She prepared everything, made some last-minute revisions required by the lender, and attended a Friday afternoon closing on the eve of a holiday weekend.

Sheri, drew a contract on the sale of my mother‘a house. The deal fell through. The next day had another but we supposed to have an open house 3 days later. The buyer did not want us to have it. Sheri told their lawyer if they sign the new contract and have the down payment in the escrow account with...in 48 hours we would cancel the open house. It was done. At the closing because of her efficiency we were in an hour and a half. Sheri is importantly accurate and thorough and then fast and efficient. I can only say great things about her.
