Sheri did an incredible job representing me for a home sale that was challenging in a number of ways. Throughout the process Sheri advocated very well for me, dealing with several last-minute curveballs from the buyer, and was always responsive and receptive to my questions and concerns. Also, I was... living out of state, so she worked hard in advance of the closing to get me the necessary documents and guide me through every detail remotely so I didn't have to travel to attend the closing. Highly recommend!

Not only did Sheri Padernacht got us through the whole closing process with ease, even under pressure, she executed it expertly! She is very detail oriented, very smart and knowledgable in what she does, yet never intimidating to us as clients. Most importantly, she is a true advocate for us, trul...y a proficient Fiduciary, and even going an extra mile to get things done correctly and on time!

After hiring her, she did absolutely nothing to advocate for us and became extremely rude. Initially, she comes across as caring and genuine, but once she secures your business, she stops responding—forwarding calls and ignoring every concern or inquiry. She caused unnecessary last-minute issues, ...such as triggering a fire alarm and then dismissing it as “just the way things are.” To make matters worse, she even insulted us at the closing table. If you’re looking for an attorney who will do nothing beyond filling in a generic contract template, this is the one for you. Otherwise, stay far away.

Sheri was my lawyer for the sale of our house in Westchester. She was very organized and explained everything very clearly. The closing went smoothly and there were no issues at all.
