We hired Michael to represent us in the purchase of a new home in Briarcliff Manor NY. As we were moving from California, it was important that we had somebody on our side who had a lot of New York Real Estate experience. I hired Michael for working out my estate plan: Will, Health Care Proxy, Living Will, and Power of Attorney for finances. I am very pleased with the job he did, both with advising me and preparing the documents. This included giving my executor and Power of Attorney agent proper legal access to my di...gital assets, which is apparently still considered to be a new thing in the legal world. He charged a reasonable flat fee for his service. I would expect to hire him again for revisions to my estate plan in the future.
