From the beginning of our home purchase, he presented as capable, conscientious, and responsible. He was immediately helpful in describing the mortgage/contracting process. As first-time ho...mebuyers, we were anxious and unaware of the process and procedures involved in purchasing a home. He made us feel comfortable and worry-free throughout the process. He was able to provide us with a timeline of expectations with regard to our contract, the appraisal, the inspection, and the mortgage expectations. Furthermore, he provided us with additional requirements as homebuyers who were negotiating without realtors. He checked in with us via telephone on a weekly basis and he was readily available to answer questions as they arose. Michael frequently returned phone calls in a timely manner (within that day). Michael seems extremely knowledgeable in his field and provided exceptional advice throughout the process. He made excellent recommendations for additional resources as well. Most importantly, Michael explained all documents at the closing in a comprehensive manner and was well prepared to make the process as efficient as possible. He is a competent, hard-working, professional with an intrinsic concern for his clients. We highly recommend Michael and will definitely seek his guidance with any future legal questions/concerns.
