On the real estate side attorney Samuel has more than adequately represented myself in many real estate attorney reviews and fully protected my interest as her client.

Ms. Samuels was referred by a Legal Service which is part of "my" employee benefit package, for the sale of a home. The home was owned by me & 2 sisters. In addition to the fee the Legal Service was paying, my sisters were charged an add'l $1,200 for the closing. We had a potential buyer, a few in...itial closing documents when back and forth from attorney to attorney. Within approx. 2 months, the deal fell through because the buyer could not get the mortgage. Once Ms. Samuels was informed of that, she informed me that she could no longer represent us with selling the house. No refund of any kind nor any referral. In my opinion, she made a quick $2,000.00 for doing almost nothing. That meant we had to find & pay another lawyer when we were prepared for another closing. For that process, I asked at least 4 law firms how much add'l would cost for my 2 sisters. Each time I was told there was NO add'l cost; there is only one house and one closing.
