Victoria was the attorney for a mutual client on the purchase of a co-op in Queens, NY. Co-ops are very complex and have many moving parts. We hired Victoria 17 years ago for a closing on our first home and hired her again to handle the closing on our second (current) home. She is very professional, thorough and pro-active. Both closings went without a hitch. We are both attorneys and felt very comfortable letting her take the burden ...of the closing off our hands.
