Victoria was the attorney for a mutual client on the purchase of a co-op in Queens, NY. Co-ops are very complex and have many moving parts. We, unfortunately, worked with Victoria on our house closing. Here is the list of areas that she is horrible at: Argued with our mortgage company on day-1; the mortgage company was right and she was wrong Never had a true grasp of the closing process because for weeks we got the same message from ...her 'i left a message with the seller's attorney' Did not communicate with our realtor even though they are good friends Never took our side/ interest (her clients) in anything; was always ho-hum The 1 concession she was able to actually negotiate, never got done and weeks later she claims that she is not responsible for it Advised us to close on a house that was missing a CO for a 1/2 bathroom and had survey/ title issues The list goes on. She is a horrible person, horrible attitude, and definitely not a qualified lawyer to represent anyone in anything
