I rarely write reviews, but in this case I was more than happy to do so. Chris has been working on a few issues for me. He spends the time to make sure I understand the legal aspects of what we are discussing. He also takes the time to understand my feelings and concerns. He provides me with... a level of comfort that my issues will be resolved and precisely what steps need to be taken. It is never a quick phone call or email. He ensures that I am up to date and understanding of the issues. He finds solutions and legal precedence that are not readily apparent. If you are looking for someone to represent you that is not your average attorney and will focus on you and your case, then Chris Foley is someone you should call.

Mr. Foley has provided excellent representation for us since 2012 when we hired him to argue (successfully) our ERISA appeal. In LTD cases, the carrier’s job is to pay the client as little as possible. If they can mess with you in any way…they will do so. This is why you need someone looking out for... YOUR interests. After the 2012 appeal, we made the decision to keep Mr. Foley on retainer. I’m happy to say he has kept the insurance company in line…no more messing with us just because they can.
