I hired Chris to take on my long term disability case that was denied by Prudential , Chris won the appeal for me and still represents me with my LTD which will be up for review this year again. Mr. Foley has provided excellent representation for us since 2012 when we hired him to argue (successfully) our ERISA appeal. In LTD cases, the carrier’s job is to pay the client as little as possible. If they can mess with you in any way…they will do so. This is why you need someone looking out for... YOUR interests.
