Farrell James Miller

Farrell Miller is an associate attorney at Sepe & O’Mahony and has a strong litigation background in complex and white collar criminal defense. Farrell has represented clients in myriad cases in state and federal courts, on both the trial and appellate level, including matters involving insider trading, tax fraud, mortgage fraud, weapons possession, narcotics trafficking, and political corruption. Farrell has also represented clients in matters involving international extradition, attorney disciplinary proceedings, and college disciplinary proceedings under Title IX. He has represented clients under investigation by the government, including investigations by the FBI, DEA, IRS, U.S. Attorney, Department of Homeland Security, and state and local prosecutors. Farrell currently focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation.

Farrell received a J.D. in 2012 from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was on the executive board of the Moot Court Honor Society and wrote for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. While at St. John’s Law, he gained clinical experience at the N.Y. Appellate Division, First Department; the Federal Public Defender’s Office; the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office; and at Brooklyn Defender Services.
