Excellent
I recently worked closely with Debbie, as a colleague, on a very substantial and challenging criminal matter. She is incredibly bright and hard-working, exercises impeccable judgment, and is a pleasure to work with. Would recommend with the greatest enthusiasm.

Definitely NOT personable.
I worked with her when she was an AUSA. She has zero people skills. Condescending, arrogant, and obnoxious. Characteristics that would not translate well in private practice.
