Robert J. Lucchese is a founding partner in Lucchese & D’Ammora, LLP, serving clients in the five boroughs of New York City as well as those residing in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster counties. He has more than 30 years of experience representing individual and business clients in several practice areas, ranging from personal injury to commercial litigation. Experience & Practice

Mr. Lucchese began his career in private practice in 1984 as an associate at Philip M. Damashek, PC. He then went on to join Sweeney & Calabrese in 1987 as a partner until 1994. After practicing for 10 years, he founded his own firm, Lucchese & D’Ammora, where he has helped his clients obtain compensation for their injuries for more than 20 years.

Mr. Lucchese has advised countless clients in the New York City area. He primarily focuses his practice on personal injury law, representing individual clients who have been injured in an accident. He has successfully obtained compensation for clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, construction and premises accidents, and defective product incidents. His practice also includes a unique focus on advocating for children who have been harmed in cases involving lead poisoning or school-related matters.

Mr. Lucchese is a 1984 graduate of the Pace University School of Law. In the same year, he became a member of the New York State Bar Association. He has been practicing in the state of New York for more than 30 years.
