Lazy and not thorough in reviewing evidence
As an Arbitrator and Attorney he ignored evidence (to include pictures, text messages, and e-mail's all date and time stamped). Instead, simply took someone else's word who submitted a severe lack of evidence in turn and lied under oath. I would not recommend him at all.

Replied last April 24, 2022Ms. Kayla Check, You and I never had any professional relationship. I was randomly assigned as an arbitrator through a third-party arbitration firm because you made a complaint about a contractor that you hired. The law has requirements as to what is “admissible evidence”. What you provided was an extremely lengthy diatribe of self-serving statements and receipts which did not correlate to your claims. Your adversary also provided the texts in which you threatened to leave bad reviews if he did not capitulate to your demands. You did not meet the legal standard for your required burden of proof.
