I've worked with Esther on about 20 deals over the past 4 years and I can't say enough good things about her. I've worked in the title insurance business for the past 14 years and know a good real estate attorney from a bad one. Esther was hired to do our closing. What a disaster she was. She had the file for four months but didn't figure out there was a problem with the title for three months. She then told us it was all worked out and everything would go forward as it should. Come to the closing to find out she lied to us ...and it wasn't fine, that they were going to hold $10,000 until it was cleared us. She told us we would have the money within a few weeks. It took four and a half months and multiple calls and threats of filing a complaint for us to get our money. She never returned emails or calls. I can't say strongly enough do not hire her
