Esther E. Mildner

I recently referred Esther Mildner to a client for representation for a home purchase. I was surprised when my client said Esther's on line reviews didn't give him the confidence to retain her. I just reviewed my records to find that since 2000 Esther has represented about 15 of my clients, some of t...hem multiple times. Esther was hired to do our closing. What a disaster she was. She had the file for four months but didn't figure out there was a problem with the title for three months. She then told us it was all worked out and everything would go forward as it should. Come to the closing to find out she lied to us ...and it wasn't fine, that they were going to hold $10,000 until it was cleared us. She told us we would have the money within a few weeks. It took four and a half months and multiple calls and threats of filing a complaint for us to get our money. She never returned emails or calls. I can't say strongly enough do not hire her
