I Hired Mr Galvin for a major Federal case i was indicted for.I Used Galvin as i had ustilised him previous for basic legal advice,. They saw me coming. HE reffered me to in his words to his partner that handled federal cases.His name was Barry Algunick and what Algunick falied to metion was,he had b...eing diss-barred for a few years after he had bribed Union Reps.They never metioned that Algunick was just after being allowed to practice law again.I guess seen as Algunick did a plea with the Feds in his case it made sense in all cases? Im my opinion thats just Wrong. My case was a plea case.End of! I had two court appearances and one probation meeting as is the norm in the fed arena. For the pleaseure of one court appearance which Galvin never showed up for i was charged the sum of 30 thousand dollars.Yes 30k for a plea appearance and a few call to the DA on the case. To give you some persective on this.I Fired Galvin and Co and hired another attorney and he finished my case for 3.5 k.What a difference a zip code makes. I intend taking Galvin and and CO to the bar for a gross rip of.
