Theodore Marc Herlich

We all have an idea of what qualities and characteristics an attorney should exhibit. Well I'm here to tell you and even warn you, Ted Herlich is not going to be what you're expecting. First, Ted doesn't exhibit the ability "to use" the law, he just knows the law. Sorry to tell say but he doesn'...t think outside the box. If you're looking for that individual with that keen, quick sense of understanding well he isn't that guy. In my opinion and the opinion of another legal professional, he lacks the ability to develop a strategy or make/come up with a good defense. This aspect of him is negligible at best! Adding to this, he is a poor negotiator who seems to lack the confidence to even try on your behalf. Again, I say this from a personal standpoint in which he had to be asked multiple times to even "try and see" what a judge or opposing counsel would say or do. This is horrifying for an attorney to be so timid and passive. Ted Herlich may be a "good" legal mind but not a great one. If you have a contractual matter then he may be decent. But on all other matters, I'd seriously interview and consider others. He's that guy in school/law school that if put into groups, you wanted him because he'd do the tedious and boring research. The lawyering aspect would be done by the other members of the class/group who had a strong presence and commanding voice. Both of which he lacks, immensely!! I'll sum it up it up with a line from the 1987 movie Wall Street, "....Nice guy, swell fella, but he's a loser!"
