Very impressive due to his professional attitude coupled with the experience in his field which is nothing less than vast, but Mr. Fundler can be at time also very conservative and inflexible in regards to communicating with me. Sometimes he would be difficult to reach but he always manages to make u...p for any delays by providing in return large amounts of information and overall knowledge about what should and shouldn't be done with all these annoying calls from overseas boiler rooms. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service he had displayed until the end of our relationship, but having more tact and diplomacy in his line of work would have most probably benefited him even more, as my appreciation for the outcome of the services provided would have been even higher if only he would have been less stern and abrupt.

I contacted Mr. Fundler through a common friend in New York in 2012 after I lost a lot of money with a company selling gold options through a bank account in Malaysia. He wasn't very thrilled at the idea of going to Malaysia for me because he did not believe we will be successful at finding anything ...anymore after more than a year since I sent my money there, but once we got started he found some connections with online casinos used to move the money to different banks in Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore. After almost 6 months of blood and sweat we got track of a lot of transfers made to Manila but despite our best efforts we couldn't shake the system over there to get my money back, I only managed to get a portion of it after an agreement with certain parties there I can't talk about right now because of a legal document I signed for that money. This is not a happy end story, but Mr. Fundler got me further than any other institution and organization I contacted in the past 3-4 years. I didn't get everything back, but I guess something it's better than nothing in the end. I hope I didn't ruin your clientele, Mr. Fundler!
