Mr. Katzner was a valuable, knowledgeable and affective attorney for my bankruptcy case. Alot of other attorneys try to boast their knowledge of the laws (or lack there of) with non-sensical lawyer jargon. Daniel talks to you like an adult and is honest with what he thinks is the best course of actio...n. There was a question of whether or not Chapter 7 or 13 was the best decision for me. A Chapter 7 would have been less expensive for me, but although Chapter 13 was a little more expensive for me it paid off in the long run because the payments I had to make were way more manageable than I dreamed of and I was fortunate to keep the home essentials that was needed.
