Steven J kaiser isn’t a great attorney. He was appointed to me as an 18-B attorney and he didn’t do a great job. He wasn’t transparent in my case and at trial he didn’t do a great job. I had lost my trial and he had no compassion afterwards. I tried to communicate with him so that he can give my new ...appellate attorney my old paperwork. He rushed me off the phone and never called my new appellate attorney. I personally wouldn’t recommend this man to represent anyone. I’m still surprised that he is working as a lawyer. Mr. Kaiser was appointed by the court to represent me in a criminal case in in the County of Bronx. He took the case to trial without conducting any pretrial investigation. No Brady discovery, no Rosario material. He sold me out to the prosecutor. All the questions I have been placing in this fantast...ic website, is cause Mr. Kaiser does not want to answer them.
