Biography
Attorney Daniel Berger is a lifelong resident of New York City area. He graduated from the New York University Law School in 1992, and has represented Social Security disability claimants since 1997. For the past five years, he has focused his practice on representing the disabled before the Social Security Administration, in administrative hearings and in Federal Court. He is a member of the New York Bar Association, and admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars. He worked for the District Attorney of New York, and is admitted to the Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. He is a four-time finisher of the New York Marathon.
