I sent an email with my case and Vanessa responded by phone very quickly to help me start the process. Vanessa explained to me the paperwork process, time frame and the appeals process when and if I am denied. She had me gather all my records and sent me out the questionnaire package. She helped me n...avigate through all the paperwork answering all my questions. She was very nice and polite on the phone and never got upset or annoyed when I asked a ton of questions. Vanessa called me at least once a week sometimes more either requesting more info or letting me know where my case was in the process. I never went for an extended period not knowing where my case was. I received my approval within 4-5 months of my initial contact with Vanessa and all the correspondences we had was through emails and telephone.
