Michael M. Menicucci

Michael Menicucci is the founder and managing partner of Menicucci Villa Cilmi PLLC, one of New York’s leading law firms with a focus on banking, finance and real estate development. A member of the New York State Bar for over 28 years, Michael launched his practice in 1988 after working with Federal and New York City elected officials. Today, Michael is one of the New York regions foremost authorities on the legal details of banking and finance, including federal regulatory-compliance issues, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and commercial litigation. While serving with Congressman Guy V. Molinari, Michael assisted with environmental law matters on a National and Local level. He later served with Borough President Ralph J. Lamberti assisting in initiatives with all city agencies for development of Staten Island’s Special Zoning Districts. Michael has lectured with State Senator Diane Savino’s efforts in the home foreclosure crisis by assisting homeowners negotiate work-out agreements. In addition, Michael has worked with Senator Andrew Lanza consulting homeowners with their mortgage modification efforts.
