Rosa has been an attorney for a 5 years old child and she allowed her to be removed from the house of good mother and placed with father who is a liar and manipulator and who only wants her so he doesn't have to pay extra child support. He can lie without blinking of an eye which are a PSYCHOPATH tra...its. The child is neglected there and suffers from vaginal rashes multiple times in the last years. The child was exposed there to domestic violence between dad and his girlfriend. Forensic evaluation was done and it was stated that "the father is a lier and manipulator and his girlfriend is mean and cruel and the child should be with the mother". Rosa did nothing about it.
