I struggle to put into words how grateful I am to have had Rosa as my 13 year old's attorney. His father has been absent for most of his life and all of a sudden wanted me to put my child on a plane and send him to Florida, where he lives. My son's father never wanted to be a father and only spoke t...o my child maybe once a year. We had a previous visitation agreement that allowed him to come and see my son many times a year. Unfortunately he didn't. Rosa was a complete Godsend for my baby. She listened to every word he said and was ready and adamant to make sure my child's voice was heard. She was also always there when I was worried to take my call and just talk to me. In the end it all worked out and something clicked with my son's dad and he finally understood that he needs to build a relationship with my son first and at a pace that was comfortable for my boy. Rosa made sure that was crystal clear to my baby's father, his lawyer, and the judge. Going through the courts for visitation is never fun! However, if this court case didn't happen and me and my son didn't have Rosa, my son wouldn't have had a voice and most importantly, his father and I would have never been able to mend what was so broken. What Rosa did for us is nothing short of amazing. My child's life is now better and happier because of her… and I can NEVER thank her enough for that! Thank you again Rosa for helping turn a very volatile situation into something beautiful.

Because of the work rosa did on my case I was able to go home to my kids especially after realizing certain Acs workers were found out to be lying and Perjuring themselves. I home with my kids today and that worker is no longer an Acs worker. if your honest with Rosa she will do whatever it takes to ...her you and your kids. she is Reliable Compassionate and an awsome attorney.. even after my case was closed and dismissed i was still able to call and ask her for advise she always call back.

Rosa Tragni observed my child who she was supposed to protect, to be neglected, abused and alienated from her mother. Not only she did nothing to protect my child but even worse made false statements to the court to give custody to the father that physically, mentally and financially abused me. Fathe...r who is a a wealthy psychopath. Rosa ignored evidence of my child abuse and neglect send to her on many occasions. Evidence so blood chilling that makes people cry for my child and me. The complaint has been filled with district attorney and will be taken to the highest court if needed.

I had a horrible family court case with my sons father ....I wanna say this before anything she stood by my side the whole time almost three years of court ...made sure I was always good and most importantly my son was always safe with me ...mother’s that are nervous need a lawyer like Her ....thru a...ll the stress and court I couldn’t have don’t it without you Mrs. Tragani ....& please continue to help others we need you ❤️
