We had originally engaged a legal plan recommended attorney for a real estate deal who ultimately billed my plan and did nothing but waste our time. He did nothing to guide or help us, He openly stated he did not know how to do a HUD. ( yes, he really said this..) And he "disappeared" from the case ...after three months. Olga was recommended by my Real Estate agent and I wasn't disappointed. Her professional behavior and honest discussion about the options made me feel very comfortable for her services. I even signed the power of attorney to represent me at the closing and everything went without any problems. Due to... a family reason I had to be remote and all documents were signed and exchanged electronically with no issues. Obviously, we had face to face interaction at the beginning, but later on it was all taken care of on my behalf. All the financial transactions were handled with care and proper communications. Her office was suspi...ciously warm and inviting and much to my surprise, as we got to know her, we found a friendly, charming, and funny person whose charisma does not come at the expense of her professionalism, skill, and diligence. Over the course of the house buying process, she was always quick to respond and able to break down the most convoluted stack of legal paperwork quickly, succinctly, and with humor. The end of the process was bittersweet. While we thrilled with the new house and saved considerable money as she provides the same caliber of work as high end lawyers for a fraction of the price, we would no longer have the pleasure of working along side her.

I was using Olga's service during the sale of my house in Staten Island.
