We had originally engaged a legal plan recommended attorney for a real estate deal who ultimately billed my plan and did nothing but waste our time. He did nothing to guide or help us, He openly stated he did not know how to do a HUD. ( yes, he really said this..) And he "disappeared" from the case ...after three months. Olga was recommended by my Real Estate agent and I wasn't disappointed. Her professional behavior and honest discussion about the options made me feel very comfortable for her services. I even signed the power of attorney to represent me at the closing and everything went without any problems. Due to... a family reason I had to be remote and all documents were signed and exchanged electronically with no issues.
