Very helpful

Provided wisdom, advice and I had success in my case. He was nice, honest, and told me what am I to expect, not what I want to hear or happen.

Please READ AND TRUST the bad reviews

I’m posting this hoping to save another person from having the same terrible experience. Eric Gansberg is unprofessional, unreliable, disorganized and has no problem lying to you. I paid $1500 for a simple service that still isn’t complete, we had a court date in December, the judge was furious that ...he came unprepared and for not have the ONE DOCUMENT that I paid for him to prepare, and that the judge was waiting to sign. This started in October 2021, and nothing has been submitted to the courts on my behalf and Eric Gansberg is now avoiding my calls. But he has taken my money!!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
