Erik P. Weingold is an entrepreneur and corporate securities lawyer with over 20 years experience under his belt. He has been practicing law since 1995, and since 1998 has been guiding companies through offerings that are exempt from state and federal registration requirements. BEWARE POOR SEC ADVICE! SHORTCUTS GALORE!
BEWARE! He incorrectly files his SEC filings, and its not an IF but a WHEN the SEC comes knocking on your door he RUNS and will NOT help you with what HE caused! POOR advice that will only put money in HIS pocket!!! I would highly recommend paying for PROPER advice with a firm larger than only hims...
