I have also appeared before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third and Sixth Circuits. My practice is primarily civil litigation, complex litigation, personal injury, professional liability (medical malpractice and attorney disciplinary matters) and products/pharmaceutical liability including mass and environmental tort litigation.
