There is a saying about attorneys that goes like this " God created snakes before attorneys because he needed practice first" I write this because with Lee you're getting a spectacular human being who happens to possess the title lawyer. When I came to Lee I was facing false allegations and had no ho...pe. Lee's compassion and sympathy towards my situation helped me remain calm. When dealing with false allegations of abuse it is simple to have people question your character. Lee and his team never doubted me, they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and to ensure that I fully understood each step of the process. Anytime I called Lee or his team I would get a response. When I say that he went above and beyond this is an example... my accuser used the order of protection as a sword and lied on the police report. I was arrested and told Lee about what actually happened. Lee is a named partner at his firm!!!! He could've sent someone else to collect footage to help prove my innocence!!!! Lee spent the entire day with my parents canvassing the neighborhood and pulling footage. At my arraignment Lee joked about having battle scars because of me.He had bruises and scratches from having to be in awkward positions to pull footage. Again he is a named partner, this man did not have to do that!!!! He could've sent another attorney or a paralegal !!!! This is the level of dedication you get at Koch Law!!!! Lee fought and fought until everything was dismissed and the truth came out!!!! More on Lee, as I mentioned earlier he is an incredible human with the title lawyer. He also secretly carries a second title.... you heard it here first, stand up comedian lol. I am a professional in a high level position with a large corporation that requires a license. Last August I received a letter that caused me to experience a level of fear I’d never felt before. I needed legal assistance ASAP or risk losing EVERYTHING I’d worked so hard to earn. I faced possibly losi...ng the license that ensured I had a job, could pay my bills and one day retire. I don’t have anyone paying half of the bills - my income is the only income. To lose it would be devastating so I needed to find the best attorney practicing in NYC - 8 states away from where I live. I spent days researching attorneys and finally found the one I wanted to retain. This was on a Sunday but I decided to call him anyway. I get multiple interruptions throughout the day and did not want to risk forgetting to call the next day. I was shocked to receive a return call that same day - a Sunday afternoon - from the owner of the firm himself. Not because the firm isn’t successful with plenty of people available to contact me the next business day. I received that call quickly because Lee is so passionate about what he does. He becomes invested in his client to a degree I found very surprising removing any doubts I may have had prior calling his firm. I was terrified because I was in an extremely uncommon legal situation. I had a warrant since 1994 that suddenly was electronically entered sometime in 2021. When the licensing board became aware of it they sent me letter outlining what they required from me to avoid losing absolutely everything. I had no clue why there was a warrant issued for my arrest until I read the attached background report now showing the warrant that included both misdemeanor AND felony charges. I hadn’t committed any of the crimes outlined in the report and they were very serious to say the least. With Lee’s assistance I was able to fly to NYC and return home with one warrant vacated. I still had to appear again several times but after meeting Lee for the first time and spend the day watching him maneuver effortlessly through the system all fears were removed and I could breathe again. Several things that stand out the most include communication and honesty. If I sent a text, an email or left a VM I received a response before the day ended. The great communication I received coupled with the excellent communication between Lee and his team demonstrated an excellence in customer service rarely found these days. The honesty I appreciated so much included both best and worst case scenarios in addition to the most likely outcome. Despite learning both warrants were issued because I failed to appear as a witness (I had no knowledge of this for 27 years) brought some relief as well. Lee and his team kept me updated every step of the way and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible appearing in front of the judges despite the fear of trepidation I was feeling walking into the courtrooms. It was apparent both judges respected Lee as a professional and as a person. His calming demeanor, sense of humor, his high level of knowledge and expertise in his field make me wish I could give Lee and his firm much more than 5 stars! Lee Koch is a wonderful man and attorney. We spoke at great length regarding my criminal case and it was clear that he knows his stuff and is a very decent human being to deal with. The only reason I did not retain Mr. Koch was because I was already being represented by another attorney. I hope th...ere isn't a next time, but if there is, I will not hesitate to hire him.

I was misinformed about the severity of the summons I received and only after doing some research did I find out that I was facing a big fine, possible jail time, and my record being ruined.
