I distinguish my practice by emphasizing not only tax minimization but how to preserve and protect my clients' wealth through multiple generations from creditors, divorcing ex-spouses and litigation. Strategies used include domestic and foreign trusts. The traditional drafting of Wills leaves bequests outright at certain ages while not considering the risks such beneficiaries may be exposed to thereafter. By creatively drafting trusts and educating the family members one can preserve the wealth without necessarily ceding control.

Very Poor Bedside Manner, Supremely Expensive
Arrogant. Pompous. Very expensive. Had I chosen to continue to retain him I likely would have ended up spending at least double to triple of the amount I spent (Successfully) to resolve an international taxation issue.
