I used Dan for a copyright case involving my work.
I found his credentials as a well recognized expert in the area of copyright to be very well deserving. He is extremely knowledgeable about this and did an outstanding job on my case.
He kept me in the loop during the entire process and advised me in a clear and understandable way as to what my options would be at every turn, and what to expect to happen depending on what I chose to do.
I would definitely use Dan again, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney involving copyright /licensing or trademark infringement.

Any photographer or creative person who generates works needs the copyright law behind them to keep clients honest. In the real world, however, an artist is powerless without a good lawyer to pursue copyright infringement cases. I was fortunate enough to learn of Dan Nelson's abilities to pursue and settle copyright infringement cases, and fortunate to have him act as my attorney. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and further, has gotten satisfactory results in a timely fashion, something other lawyers were unable to do.

I have worked with Dan Nelson over the past three years. His attention to detail, timeliness and effort have been greatly noted and appreciated. His professionalism is immeasurable, and his thoughtfulness on each and every case is superior to any lawyer I have ever hired. Additionally, on every case he has worked on for me, he has completely shut down the opposing side. Finally, he is a pleasure to work with and extremely conscientious about his work and his clients. Dan Nelson is the only lawyer I will work with and the only one I want on my team.
