Always there

Hired Robert for my divorce starting three years. Ex-wife stretched out the process for months and months and months and to this day, 18 months after the divorce, continues to try things with custody. Robert has always been there and has made me confident someone is in my corner.

Steer clear!

Wasted my time and so much of my money. Ended up losing almost everything of what was gained before I retained him. Just cares about getting paid. Gave me his word on what he'd make sure to do during our consultation and did not deliver on anything. Don't make my mistake. Stay away. Do your research ...before hiring a lawyer.

Robert Schnapp: Trustworthy Lawyer

I highly recommend Robert Schnapp. Over the past 20 years Bob has helped me in a variety of legal situations and each time I have enlisted his services, he has worked very hard to get me the resolve that we needed. When he represented me, his advice before appearing in front of the court was clear an...d incredibly helpful. His ability to cross-examine and respond to testimony has been particularly helpful. In more than one situation, when the conversation with the other party has stopped, Bob has been able to resume communication effectively and reach settlement in some difficult situations. For new clients who are not sure, even just a phone consultation with Bob is always insightful.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
