Client Review

As a former litigator, I can give an unqualified review that Lew did an execllent job of resolving a mater where the other side expressed no interest in doing so. His success was based upon establishing a strong factual foundation and effective communication with the other side. As a result, we wer...e able to favorably resolve the matter prior to instituting litigtation. Throughout the process, Lew was respectful to us as clients. He communicated to us possibile and probable outcomes, discussed our goals, and provided us with appropriate updates.

Lewis Fischbein review

Lew Fischbein is an excellent attorney who worked hard on my divorce case. He left nothing to chance, verifying all facts and accusations. I received complete satisfaction in my legal matter. I have known Lew since 1979 and have since worked with him on many volunteer projects outside his practice.... He is a tireless worker in all his endeavors bringing his expertise and experience to everything he takes on. Lew has an upbeat, confident and amiable personality making him easy to work with. One of the best I've met.

I highly recommend Lew Fischbein

Lew Fishcbein assisted me with negotiating an employment settlement. Besides winning a favorable settlement that exceeded my target amount, he listened to me throughout the process and honored my preference to avoid litigation. I always felt he put my interests first, that I got his undivided atten...tion, and that I had a real champion in my corner. I have recommended Lew to many of my friends who have had similar positive experiences.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse Lew without qualification. He is an excellent commercial litigator. He was an adversary in a long-running litigated matter, and I had an opportunity deal with him and observe his skill-set over a several year period. Lew is a tenacious adversary and zealous advocate for his client, but deals with opposing counsel in a respectful and professional manner that minimizes unnecessary disputes and promotes dialogue. He is highly knowledgeable of New York state and federal court practice, and is well-respected in the local bar. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any matter, especially complex litigation."
