Biography
David is a graduate of the State University of New York at Farmingdale and obtained his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Before joining Gottfried & Gottfried, LLP, David worked for a small personal injury firm on Long Island as a trial attorney. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

David spoke at the 2022 American Immigration Lawyers Association Rome District Council convention, on the topic of: Diplomatic Visas.
David spoke at the 2017 American Immigration Lawyers Association National convention in New Orleans, on the topic of: From Diplomacy to Residency: Diplomatic Visa Holders Changing Status from NIV to LPR.
David is a also a frequent speaker on a wide range of immigration law topics. He is an active participant and speaker on United Nations and G-4 issues and at local area colleges, including Baruch College, and CUNY Brooklyn.
