Biography
David P. Turchi began his career as a trial attorney in 2000 when he worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he successfully prosecuted various crimes in trials before judges and juries. Since entering civil practice, Mr. Turchi spent 10 years representing doctors, nursing homes and dentists in medical malpractice litigation. He has also successfully represented individuals and businesses in commercial litigation, including breach of contract, business collections and landlord-tenant/eviction lawsuits. Over the years as a civil attorney, Mr. Turchi has also represented numerous insured businesses and individuals against various liability and negligence claims, including no fault claims. He has successfully tried bench and jury trials to verdict as the lead trial attorney.
Mr. Turchi is admitted to practice as an attorney in New York State, Connecticut, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
