Biography
I am an experienced attorney, a small business consultant, social media expert, lecturer, and public speaker. I am admitted to practice law in the State of New York. As an attorney and small business consultant, I advise on many aspects of small business from creation to the selling of the corporation. This includes but is not limited to, start-up formation, contract creation/negotiation, copyrights, and trademarks.
As a legal counselor (or consultant) to my clients, I advise, strategize with and negotiate on behalf of clients. Every client is unique, with unique concerns, needs, and budgets. To best serve my clients, I attempt to develop a flat fee after our initial consultation, thus there is no "surprise" bill!
My other legal practice areas are estate planning, entertainment law and some expungement work.
