VSJung Law, PLLC is a boutique labor and employment law firm specializing in counseling high-profile and senior-level employees in complex, high-stakes business disputes. We customize our legal and consulting strategies to meet each client’s unique needs, and we deliver elegant, effective solutions. We offer sophisticated, client-driven solutions and an uncommon level of personalized service. We assist in facilitating discrete separations and business divorces, and provide counsel against any opponent – from New York white-shoe firms to Hollywood studios.
As soon as it becomes clear that our adversaries are unwilling or unprepared to resolve a dispute, our firm assembles a lean, aggressive, and interdisciplinary trial team. We have a national network of veteran, trial-ready local counsel to maximize our impact across jurisdictions. Each trial team is assembled in direct consultation with the client. Our firm works closely with each client to custom-build bold, efficient strategies.
This multidisciplinary, client-centered approach to legal service simply works. Our firm's exceptional talent and focus add incomparable value to our clients: time, energy, and most importantly--peace of mind.
Labor & Employment Law Compliance Review & Counsel
Our firm also lends its expertise to small and medium-sized businesses that need help establishing best practices. We regularly assist CEOs, in-house counsel, and Human Resources Directors with establishing holistic and legally compliant policies, handbooks, training materials, and procedures. We believe that all businesses are best served by practices that exceed the bare legal minimum; creating an environment where employees feel respected not only improves morale and productivity, it can help prevent costly and time-consuming litigation.
Our firm is laser-focused on creating bold, client-centered strategies to avoid employment disputes before they arise, and to aggressively resolve high-stakes crises.
Our boutique firm provides the superb legal experience of a large white shoe law firm, but with the personal attention and individualized strategy which distinguish our exclusive boutique practice.
Our clients hire us for two reasons: to avoid problems before they arise by crafting thorough and specific employment contracts, separation agreements, or company policies; and to resolve disputes when they cannot be avoided – through negotiation, mediation, or litigation. Our firm does not represent large institutional clients, and it only accepts clients for limited engagements, so we avoid the conflicts of interest that commonly encumber large firms.
